Enable the dual-head mutual shifting function on a TL-A4 TopWisdomTaizhi controller?

I use a machine with the TL-A4 Taizhi controller. How can I enable the dual-head mutual shifting function on the software?

When I added a TopWisdom device to test this, the “Enable Laser 2 Controls” in the Device Settings was greyed out. I’m unsure if it’s available at all or if you need to be connected to the laser in order to enable it.

Please see, if the setting can be enabled on your side, and let us know the brand and model of the laser you are using.

I will get back to you when I have more info from our devs.

Is the Dual Laser option working?

The Taizhi controller does not have permission for the dual-laser option, so it cannot be activated.
