Endurance box with androi connector? , connected to Com 5 USB but it does not see it , have tried Com 4 only other port .

most of the time this is the driver you have installed or not installed.
Might search this forum, I know this has come up before…
I run Linux, no issue with drivers…

A picture of the control board may show the CH340 or FTDI Serial driver chip.
