Engraving 32 keychains with Grid/Array help

I have a 32 (4x8) slot template set up for keychains and the one question I have is there a way to burn each keychain individually, complete one keychain and move onto the next keychain, instead of burning them across one row as a group (4)? So you would have 32 individual burns in a single run. What I wound up doing was to to assign each keychain a different burn layer(color) that way it would burn each key chain individually upto the 30 burn layers(colors). This worked and it cut the burn down by 1/3rd the time, but it really takes a long time to set up all 30 layers(colors). Is there a simple one step process that would save me time?

Play with these settings and test with the preview window to find the best time. Probably fill groups together.

You may also check your optimization settings to order by group.

Also look under the ADVANCED tab for the FLOOD FILL option. That will save time by reducing white space scan.

Thanks again for the help. So what I did was just alternate 2 layers(colors) and that caused the laser to burn each keychain completely before moving on to the next keychain. Iā€™m using a 10w laser so it cut the burn time down from 3:22 (hours) down to 1:48 (hours). Lots of detail including a QR code on each keychain.
