Engraving and cutting aren’t aligned and engraving is skewed or tilted

Output is misaligned

I have an 80w CO2. I just checked the alignment and cleaned the mirrors and lens before running this job, The light burn project and preview are displayed correctly. However, the cuts are misaligned. At the bottom of the rectangular pieces (row on lower left), the stars overlap the border. And on one octagonal cutout, the center piece is way off. However, some octagonal shapes came out fine (on the upper right of the pic). What would cause this? [IMG_0942] [ksnip_20241202-111203]
