That sound and looks like a machinal problem. Is your device a belt drive, if so check the belt tension, it looks like its jumping all over the place.
It’s a new CO₂ laser and they typically do not have the belt tension problems common to diode lasers. The test results in that post pretty much ruled out mechanical problems, as @thelmuth noted.
Process of elimination ruled out the common PWM Rising Edge Valid configuration issue.
Reducing the acceleration made no difference.
Which left those additional DIP switches along the top of the driver …
