Engraving backwards

Hello,

I am having trouble with either my new NEJE max 3 or the lightburn software. I have tried device settings> Origin and changed it to every option but when I type words the engraving comes out either backwards, upside down, or both. I have tried to research the problem but i cant find anything on it. I believe it has to be in the software and not the machine.

Any help to fix the problem would be appreciated

NEJE max 3

You may want to double-check, but I think the ‘Origin’ should be set to the lower left.
