This has happened twice now and I’m not sure if the problem is the software or the laser.
When I start a job with engraving (fill) and cutting it only completes the engraving. I turned off all the engraving and just sent the lines to the laser and then it cut without issue. Same file just with output toggled off for the fill components.
Any ideas why this might be happening?

This was one of the files, just for testing engraving and cutting settings.
You have a Min Power setting of zero on most of the layers in that file. Min Power needs to be at least high enough to fire the laser beam. For slow cutting, we recommend setting Min Power and Max Power to the same number.
