So i just purchased this cloudray 50w and i am learning to use it. I was trying to engrave a text, it works but cuts the top of every letter out maybe 1-2mm but it etches that top part below. Any ideas?

When i rotate letters to run on the y axis its clumps them all on top of eachother. On x axis it cuts the top of the letters off. Thanks
Check your split size and overlap… I use a pretty small split size.
Is your rotary have return to starting point enabled?
How are you doing this? It looks like a vector the other a fill…

So I actual went up on split size and fixed it. But im still getting the same image stacked when im trying to laser the circumference of the tumbler. Going long ways is good now
