Engraving on a Chinese 50w laser

Hi I have just installed a 60w laser tube in to a blue and white 50w chinese laser I got second hand iv lined up the mirrors and it cut great but when I engraver I get what looks like out of focus and a fuzzy edges. Can anyone help?

That could be one of two problems:

  1. slop or looseness in the mechanical system (belts, pinions, pulleys, etc)
  2. PSU firing lag

Check all the mechanical stuff first to get as much play out of the system as you can, then look at Scanning Offset Adjustment here: https://github.com/LightBurnSoftware/Documentation/blob/master/ScanningOffsetAdjustment.md

By adding at least two entries to the scanning table, the software will extrapolate for other speeds.
