Hi everybody, since one week mi Sculpfun S30 Pro Max 900x400 (extend kit), starts with troubles to engrave, i was working with LBS v2.0.05 quit this version and install v1.7.08 but the trouble continue.
My laptop HP Probook run with Windows 10 Pro v22H2. Hardware
AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, AMD Radeon Graphics 496 MB.
There are some examples of the troubles…
When is only cutting there is no trouble.
Anybody had the same trouble before.
I am betting if you burn (or cut) a large circle, you will see the ends do not meet.
Check all the set screws on the shaft couplings and the pulleys. You have a mechanical issue.
Hi, thanks for your answer, yesterday i checked all the mechanical parts and everything is ok, the machine is new, less than 2 months of use.
Today cut a lot with no problem, only when i try to engrave, and not always happen
I cut the circle (240 mm diameter) and its ok.
I think maybe its a problem with the images… or a software issue
Tonight, i engraved and filled with less velocity than before, now i try with 3600 mm/min and no problems, i think the cause was the velocity and the inertia of the laser module ( the issue happens with 6000 mm/min)
