Engraving problem won't complete

I ran this power engraving test and have a problem with the 150mm/sec row. It was supposed to be near the top. You can see that the laser did only a few lines then went to the next row. I examined the power and speed settings and everything looked correct. I then moved that row to the bottom of my test piece but while it engraved longer, it to quit engraving before it should have.

Any ideas?

Did you create this grid yourself? Seems an alignment issue is present.
Is the machine getting abnormally hot? Thermal cutoff?
