This doesn’t test it where you are going to use it. The manufacturers pull this all the time, it works at 100%, then it’s fine… Not the case unless they are authorizing the operation daily at 100%…
If you make a black mark or a hole it the paper, it doesn’t show you the resonance or mode the tube is operating within.
Remember that a lens just focuses what it sees. Do you want a spot with no energy in the middle…
Don’t let them feed you a line – it needs to be replaced.
The gents here in the UK who sold me the laser are offering brilliant support, I can’t fault that. I just wish the machine worked upon receipt, as it has taken many many hours away from us faultfinding. Will update you on the progress with the warranty claim and final results once we get to the end.
