Engraving suddenly unclean

Hello,

I have a problem with an engraving. A few weeks ago I made an engraving on a piece of stainless steel with my CNC (see picture 1)

Now I wanted to make another engraving with the same file, but suddenly it is very ugly (see picture 2). The change in the distance between the letters a and c is clearly visible.

I use an ESP32 with FluidNC on it to control my CNC and am connected to LightBurn via USB. Since the last engraving, I am not aware of any changes to my system. Apart from the fact that I updated Lightburn to version 1.6.03

Do you have any idea what the change is due to?

You could try loading your definitions from that week.
