Cuando conecto mi maquina Ortur Master 2 S2 la luz azul queda palpadeando, y en el programa me dice error:18
[MSG:Emergency Switch Engaged.]

que puedo hacer para resolver esto ya que no he encontrado una respuesta que pueda solucionar este fallo.

Maybe you pressed the red button. You have to rotate it to connect the laser.

Ortur Master 2 S2

From what I saw on the manufacturer’s website, the machine in question does not come with an “emergency switch”. However, the “master 2 PRO s2” already has it. If this is the case, it is a round red button with curved arrows on top indicating the direction in which the button should be turned to unlock.

I believe updating the laser firmware will solve that issue.

Extract the firmware file and rename it to OLM2_S2_191.bin

Me gustaría
saber que hace la compañía en este caso, se supone que uno compra un producto y si da un fallo comun deben haber una o varias soluciones para arreglaro. O este producto cuando tiene este fallo no sirve mas? por que de ser así que garantía tiene uno como cliente.

Por lo visto esto no tiene solución, esto quiere decir que los productos ORTUR no son confiables.

have you swapped the motherboard?

On the right side - 2nd little connector from the bottom, needs to be a black jumper.

Also, as @parsec suggested, you will have to edit the firmware file to update it. However the issue you have is hardware.

Si, cambie la placa madre ya que la otra se quemo de la nada. Hare la prueba de el Firmware file de la version Pro. si no resulta pues ya entendere que no hay arreglo.
