Without knowing more about either the file or your laser, verify GRBL is the device type, rather than any other GRBL variation.

Make sure Enable G-Code Clustering is turned off (in Edit → Device Settings).

This may be due to a communication issue as well.

Can you use File->Save gcode, then save with a .txt extension and then upload the file here? Please do this with the same design that created the error with “On or near line 374”.

markpat69 and I have the same Error 24 problem. And I gather from this short thread…the same problem understanding the recommendations made so far. My issue started a couple days ago. I’ve tried all the usual 101 fixes, including re-plugging my USB link and re-booting everything. The Error 24 has halted my job intermittently and unpredictably. I’m running an Ortur LM2, 10w. Thanks.
