Hola, mi máquina manda los errores 8 y 9, ya ajustamos los parámetros que leí en esta página y sigue sin funcionar. Ya revisamos el cableado y todo en orden. Al principio se paró y no hacía el recorrido de regreso. Después lo hizo, pero presiona de más el límite duro. Choca y marca los errores mencionados. Por favor si pudieran ayudarme con esto, la verdad no encontramos el problema.
Errors 8 and 9 say that you told the controller to do something but it was busy. Error 9 could also be where you are sitting on a limit switch.
Have you tried to Home the machine, The S30 Pro comes with limit switches, but homing was not enabled when I got mine. In the Console window, enter $22=1. In the Edit, Device Settings window, enable autohome on power up (when the PC and controller are talking to eachother).
Hola, ya ajustamos todos los parámetros y sí habilitamos la opción que mencionas. Cuando la llevamos a casa, el límite duro se presiona excesivamente, es como si no detectara que está ahí, por lo tanto no nos permite mover la máquina para hacer trabajos.
That sounds like a bad limit switch, wiring to the controller board, or a bad controller input. Also check for a loose or bad cable plug.
Hemos revisado todo el cableado, incluso los tornillos, sin embargo todo en la máquina está en su lugar y en orden físicamente. Hoy encontramos que el origen lo marca en la parte inferior derecha de la máquina, creemos que es un problema de calibración, sin embargo, no sabemos cómo restablecerla o en su defecto traer de vuelta la configuración de fábrica. Si pudieran ayudarnos con ello, sería increíble. Muchas gracias.
If you have an S30 Pro, you need to set $5 (limit pin invert) to true (1). This should avoid the homing error.
Homing is always front-left, if you have something different, there’s more faulty settings.

Ya hemos hecho absolutamente todos los pasos que indica la página, hemos invertido el comando $5=1 y probado también con $5=0, hemos restablecido los parámetros, como lo indican, sin embargo todo sigue igual. Al meter los valores proporcionados en el url que enviaron, los lee y los adapta, pero sigue marcando las mismas alarmas.
What’s the output of the ?-command if you send the question mark in the console window? Please show the output once with no switch activated and once with a switch pressed.
It shows that the x switch is recognized as pressed. You show only one output, but if the output doesn’t differ, the x switch is connected wrong or broken. Disconnect that switch.
