Light burn software is saying error code device not found. Can anyone please help me! I really appreciate all the help

Have you ran Lightburn with this device before?
How are you connected to the Ruida, usb, wifi through a bridge or on your network or directly connected to your pc?
Thank you so much for the reply! We have not used this software on this computer before. We have the software on the computer , but we can’t get it to hook up on the device. We have it through a USB right now.

Did you try adding the laser manually through the ‘device’ setup… ?
