Im trying to install my laser with Lightburn and im getting this error message when it tries to scan for a laser. then it will crash. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Ive tried reinstalling the software as well.
Did you also email it to support as suggested? I suggest a title of ‘Crashed’ or something like that.

We have seen this LibUSB crash, but at this point, the best way forward would be to ‘Create Manually’. - Manual Creation - LightBurn Software Documentation
