I have seen this mentioned numerous times. Is there an actually fixed? Rolled back the version to the previous one, didn’t work. Uninstalled laser and reinstalled, nothing. Cleared out all jobs in the laser, didn’t work. Changed IP addresses, nope. Rebooted, rebooted, and rebooted again, nope! Frustrated to the max.
So this Ruida (baser on what you have listed in your profile) is connected via Ethernet then. Wifi or wired? Are you using a hub or router to connect the computer to the laser or are you going direct between the two? Can you ping the laser for this computer to ensure you are actually talking to this device?
