I am trying to etch powder coated cups with my Ortur LU2-4-SF and I keep getting the following messages:

Also, is this laser not powerful enough to etch these cups?

It thinks it completed the job, I believe. What error message are you getting…?

Can you post the .lbrn2 file so we can see what you are doing.
