I’m using special laserable plastic (white core with black surface). The best etching is done with the laser out of focus. I determined that to be a Z offset of -3.0mm. However, I noticed when etching that, although all of the text to be etched are on a single layer, the laser goes back up to Z=0 between each character. Is there a way to get it to do the entire layer without all of the up and down movement?
