I am unable to engrave files from Etsy or any SVG files on my Ortur Master 2. I engraved one of my recipes fine, but not the SVG files. It literally engraves right off the board even after I have lined everything up perfectly. I am at the end of my rope and I have MANY orders to fill before Christmas. Someone please help me. My laser is thoroughly cleaned. Thank you!
Would help if we had a bit more information. What file are you trying to cut? What settings do you use? Are you using lightburns most recent version or? Can you show us a bit more about the issue you are having?

One more thing - it can do my typed out recipes but not images or SVG files anymore. Crazy how I have been doing them all year long, though, and no issues.
Can you screenshot your file.youre trying along with the settings in lightburn? The more info the better!
