Everytime i try to send my design to my laser it says there is problem sending data to the laser

i am having trouble . i can send a file and it cut then i go to send the next and it will say trouble sending data to the laser the machine may be busy or paused.

Which Laser please?

If Ruida, on the bottom of Lightbunr, centre ish of the screen, can you see the connection?

Send a full screenshot of LightBurn, please, it would be helpful.

it is a monport 90. i dont have a connections box in my download however it says ready

and mylaser is chosen in the bottom right corner

my computer does not have that option

could it be that i am on the 30 day free trial ?
i try to unistall it and reinstall it and it want let me do that. i guess because i have already used the keycode ?
