I have an older version of the laser master 2. I think I have the pro edition, not the S2 pro just the regular one. (Pics below) Either that or I have the first generation laser Master two. I bought an extension kit. It came with cables and plugs that fit into everything except for the one that goes to the motherboard… So as of right now everything works great and is all put together except for the plug to the motherboard that obviously is needed to run the whole thing.
I can’t find an adapter online. I can’t find the new cable kit that might go to the old one and also works with the extension. And I’m having a hard time getting any answers from Customer service. I’m definitely thinking about wiring it… But I don’t wanna do that unless it’s the last resort.
If you go to IhabLaserDesigns - Etsy you can message Ihab those pictures and explain your situation. He should be able to create a cable that will fit your needs. I had an OLM2 Pro S1 and bought a third-party controller from Tim Rothman (a B-N-B 3). Ihab built a cable harness that allowed me to connect my new controller to my old OLM2 Pro. I have his gmail address if you need it, but you should be able to get to him through his Etsy page. Hope this helps.
So for anyone wondering, this guy did exactly what Bion said. I contacted him, he asked me a few questions and then pointed me to the cable he makes just for that. So easy! I really appreciate the help again!
