I’ve seen the “Feeder Setup” option shown… Needing to run a ruida (RDC6442S) in production, with a flatbed/conveyor take-up mechanism.
- Does this code for the U-axis?
- Are there any speed parameters (accel/decel/speed) control?
Yes. Ruida’s control of the U axis is very limited, and the U axis is pre-set as a feeder. We can to tell it how far to advance at the end of each job. From the main menu, select 'Laser Tools’→ ‘Feeder Setup’ to set the feeding parameters.

my goal: put a driver with a nema motor, use this to iterate and repeat.
I’m guessing a repeat count of n will result in the file repeating the cut & feed sequence n times?
