i have the vevor 30watt fiber under warranty 6 mo old the red dot that frames has always work. all of asudfden is so faint yoyu cant see it berrly in the dark and framing light up i hear mirrow moving but no light.red dot or framing. port is on 4 and turned on laser source raycus
rfl p30qs 30watt.it advertised lightburn compatable vevor says its soft ware light burn ok switched back to ezcad same problem its had no problem framing for last 6mo
The fact it happens in both Lightburn and Ezecad would tend to indicate it is a hardware issue, I would also look at the possibility a power setting may have been changed that reduced power to a % of what it should be, I have the same Fiber, IF I remember when it stops raining I will duck out to the workshop and see if I can see what setting it might have been, that’s provided I remember, I get distracted very easily.
I would check the internal power supplies to see if they are producing the placarded voltages.
Usually with a faint led instead of a bright led, it’s more indicative of a power supply.
If you can hear the mirrors moving, I’d check the supplies, as the source usually runs off 24 or 48V, it should be labeled. Galvo mirrors are about 15V, control board likely about 5V.
I will try try that i did notice that at certain angles u can kinda see the framing light i will let yall now

It’s always wise to contact the vendor asap. They are usually pretty slow for geogrphical reasons.

ive been dealing wityh verortech support poe[ple for over a month it seems scripted they been run down the same 3 things over nover it sucks bad were would i get replacement parts do u know by chance
still not right i manualy adjusted as besty i can now its angular i can only see it at certain anglesand nerver the whole part while framing
I have no idea. Try and find a part number, then chase it down over the Internet. You might be able to find a users group on Facebook.
The vendor should be able to tell you what vendor product they purchased for your machine.
I asked vevor if i could purchase replacement parts out of my pocket they told me it cannt be a part malfunktion they tried to tell me kts software well any they refunded all my money and told me to keep they machine this is my second free laser ive gotteb oh yeah a camera system and another machine deo. Atomstck all refund for malfuctioning machinstht so far never cost more then 100 dollars to fix the fiber is the only one so far i have not been able to fix i dont get it with these laser co.panysthey would ratjer refund u the money thw. Tey to fix it i dont think most of tjese company even know what tjey sell and they all have bee. Using ai chat bot for custermerservice . The red dot laser is lighting up i took it out of the houseingi dont see anything wrong with the mirrow but when the red laser reflects off of the mirro is it suposed to spread the laser bleem iut or something because itmakes it into elongated beemlike 3 amall dot nd 1 larger dot in.idle and 2 smller dot above its almost like a line i dont know how to sescride it but tje reflectionseems to turn. Lmost in to a line of dot instead of 1 dot
