So I got a a 10W Falcon from a local shop it looked branded new. Took it home and realized all items was new but the laser was open. I’m guess someone did a swap. Can I buy a replacement 10W Laser somewhere or do a repair? Also my systems windows or Mac cannot see the device on lightburn is it because of the laser? When I turn on there is a red light on the laser and then it turns off and the control box has a white heartbeat pulse light.
You can replace laser if same voltage and power. Laser has no effect on connecting to Lightburn.
