Falcon 2 laser shows g 54, nan

So basically a issue I’m having is if I do a line on a box and a text saying test the laser was okay did job and went home but as soon as I said fill the laser did the job but not go home correctly spoke to creality and they said try with memory card which I did no problems but some reason as soon as I try on pc back to issues

This is what I got after doing your comand

I’m having difficult time following the scenario.

Are you saying you expect the laser to go back to home position after the job is done for a fill job but it does not?

If so, please provide the following:

  1. full screenshot of LightBurn with your job ready to burn
  2. screenshot of Edit->Device Settings screen
  3. copy and paste all Console output for the job into a text file and upload here.

Also, how are you prepping the memory card to run the job?

I’ll have a look tomorrow but on the sd card side of things all you need to do is save the g code and your good to go

:person_facepalming::person_facepalming::person_facepalming: So still got nan issues as for the laser not going home was my fault it dont go straight home properly is on me so basically when I do a fill job it goes semi home so if I hit start again it no exactly we’re to go

Not really able to follow what you’re saying. Are you saying it is in fact working correctly? Or there’s some other problem still persisting?

Im not really sure it’s tempermentle sometimes it’s fine yesterday I got alarm 3 pop up so don’t know if that would be the main problem or not still have the nan issue but I’ve just been tryingto ignore that

Not much to go on there. Can you copy and paste the full context of the alarm 3 and what you were doing at the time?

So I was doing cutting to make a box it was doing all good for the first few hrs then I just got this

This is most likely unrelated to the original NAN issue.

Alarm 3 in this scenario is most likely going to be the result of a communications issue possibly caused by a related issue. Essentially, your controller is resetting. This is an extremely common scenario on this forum so I suggest doing some research here. Common culprits include a bad cable, failing power supply, static discharge, electrical noise from the power line, and more.

There’s an outside chance that this could also be indicative of a failing board or bad flash tying it back to the original NAN issue. I’d suggest ruling out other potential causes first.
