Feeling super frustrated. This is a new issue. 1st when i hit the home button the laser will hit the frame and make this terrible sound. Not it has done that before and i was told to go to device settings an put the little dot in the bottom left hand corner of the origin. I did that and it worked for a bit. Now here is where the new issue comes in. I have been using laser heavily last few days and when I now hit frame to do my project the laser frames it ok but when the job is going the laser is all over the place and not within the framing parameters and now it is back to not going home without smashing into the frames. I really have no idea what I am doing or why the setting have gone wonky. Please help.
It looks like your limit switches are not working anymore. Your issues have nothing to do with LightBurn, it’s all your laser. LB only sends commands, nothing else.
Test the limit switches if they are still recognized correctly, as described here: Limit Switches - Diode Laser Wiki
When i did step 1 by $ the screeshot is what opened. now what? I really don’t get it.

Hi Not sure if you have sorted this out but I had the same issue with my Falcon and all the limit switches were working. If I look at the screen shot I cant see where your image is but I can see your start position is set at current. Try changing this, I used absolute coordinates, and the machine worked fine after that. If you are using current position you need to make sure where your image is and your travel to make sure they don’t go past and hit the frame.
