Salve, ho un problema di ALARM 3 da due settimane su Falcon 2 Pro 40w. Ho provato a controllare tutti i cavi, smontato e rimontato, verificato alimentatore e cavo usb, provato su 3 pc e cambiato anche cavo usb.
Ho provato a staccar emodulo laser e l’errore non si ripresenta, rimontando la testa laser questa funziona solo a 5/10% di potenza e se aumento va in blocco ALARM 3.
Non so più come risolvere anche perchè l’alimentator el’ho fatto testare e funziona bene.

Hi, I’ve been having an ALARM 3 problem for two weeks on my Falcon 2 Pro 40W. I’ve checked all the cables, disassembled and reassembled them, checked the power supply and USB cable, tested it on three PCs, and even replaced the USB cable.
I’ve tried unplugging the laser module, and the error doesn’t recur. Reassembling the laser head only works at 5-10% power, and if I increase it, the ALARM 3 locks out.I don’t know how to fix it anymore, especially since I had the power supply tested and it works fine.
When you tested the power supply, did you test the output voltage under full load? Testing the voltage with no load on the supply does not give the full picture.
L’alimentatore l’ho testato anche a pieno carico e funziona correttamente.
La cosa strana è che stamattina ho fatto ulteriori prove, ho provato a sostituire il modulo laser con quello da 1.6w in dotazione e funziona correttamente, ho rimontato quello a 40W e continua a dare lo stesso problema.
Si, ho aggiornato il firmware e verificato la tipologia di controller su cosa fosse settato.
Stamattina ho fatto ulteriori prove, ho provato a sostituire il modulo laser con quello da 1.6w in dotazione e funziona correttamente, ho rimontato quello a 40W e continua a dare lo stesso problema.

When I go to Creality’s firmware page I’m surprised to see two versions offered for the Falcon 2 pro, have you tried both?
I led del modulo sono tutti e tre verde, per l’aggionamento firmware esiste la versione per il 40w - Master per il telaio e poi quella per il modulo e le ho inserite entrambe.

Si, il valore è corretto, la cosa strana è che se inserisco il modulo 1,6w il sistema funziona e incide senza blocchi, appena rimonto il modulo 40w il sistema va in tilt.

The Console Window displays messages from your laser’s controller and commands sent to it by LightBurn. There might be a clue there.

I wonder what this is about, are you able to save the gcode and add it to the forum? Does this alarm happen with one file in particular or all files?
L’errore si verifica su tutti i files, solo se monto la testa laser 1,6w funziona. Ho contattato l’assistenza del sito dove ho acquistato e hanno detto che mi spediscono un corpo laser nuovo.
