Falcon 2 Pro not framing

Just un boxed my new laser, Having issues with the laser homing, but when framing a job it wants to go out of bounds. I’m unable to do any test cuts.
LB is picking up, and auto set up the device.

I’m not sure if this is related, but I’m also unable to connect the machine in laser grbl

Thanks

You mentioned homing problem. What is it doing? If homing isn’t working properly, nothing else will.

Next, switch from current position to absolute coordinates. That makes the Lightburn screen a direct representation of your workspace. If your graphic is within the work grid it should frame properly.

To see laser when framing you have to enable the following switches and set laser on power to 1%:

Did you create your device by importing a .lbdev device file?
Creality Falcon 2 Pro.lbdev (2.5 KB)

when homing, it crashes into the front left corner, to a point that there is audible belt slippage.
I have been able to do some tests after restarting multiple times. but the framing where I want it to frame is not happening.

I did not, the device was picked up by LB in the find my device window. I have also noticed that the COM port isn’t showing CH 340
like it does for my Masutar Pro. Is this part of the issue?

this isn’t exe. what am I supposed to do with this text???

Does this have limit switches? If it does one or both are either out of adjustment or nonfunctional. Verify that the laser head/gantry makes contact wit hthe limit switches.

Click the Devices button in the laser tab and click import. Select that file and it will install your machine with the correct info.
