Falcon2 suddenly not moving to center of work area, Mac OS

My LightBurn software has suddenly decided that the middle of my work area is the bottom edge, even though I placed the object in the middle of my screen area in LightBurn. Additionally, the X axis is about 10mm out of calibration. when I attempt a 20mm circle, it is 20mm in the Y axis and almost 30mm in the X axis.
I’ve tried using the calibration tool, but it only makes the problem worse, and that’s when my field of working area changed as well.
Everything has been going well up to today, Ive tried a fresh install (4 times), but it still reverts back to the same problem. Is there a way to reset to “factory” standard?
Mac Powerbook (M1) OS 26.3.1, Falcon2 40 Watt

I should add that when I reference my work area, I’m speaking about the laser work area, not the LightBurn desktop.
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you have something off in your settings. Please post a screenshot (not a cell phone pic) of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and the Cuts/Layers Panel and Laser Panel visible. Also post a screenshot of the Settings Window (Gears icon) with the Editor Settings tab visible and post a screenshot of the Device Settings Window (Wrench and Screwdriver icon) with Dimensions/Units tab and also Basic Settings tab. In the console window enter $$ and copy / paste all the output here. There may be more needed, but this is a good start.

Thanks Tim,
I took the night off and went back to it this morning. I took a look at the calibration again and redid everything. I fine tuned the X and Y calibration, and made several adjustments until it finally came into alignment with the centered work area, AND the correct size (within 0.01mm) final in X and Y axes.
I appreciate the quick response, and have untangled the craziness!
John

Now, my next question is, how do I show the issue is solved!!! :person_shrugging:
