Fiber laser time estimate way off

So I have a new fiber laser, only been playing with it about 10 hours so far. Wanted to do a deep etch on a coin and found some suggested settings online. Set it up and did a preview and the estimate was over 5 hours, I thought I don’t want to waste that much time when it’s my first one (will likely do something wrong) so I set back the number of passes (3 layers total) until the estimate was just over 2 hours.

Started it and was messing with a WYZE cam I plan to watch the laser on and around 10 minutes later I noticed the noise stopped. Well it was done?!? the 2+ hours took like 10 minutes.

So, is there a way to adjust the time estimate to at least be closer? I am running the 5 hour version now and I am guessing it will actually be 20-30 minutes.
