If the program does not save speed and power settings then you have no subject. As soon as you draw just one line you have a layer of properties and it will be saved. Can you show or demonstrate what you are experiencing?
LightBurn does retain the settings for a project when you save a LightBurn file. There would be no point at all for developing this software, if one could not save the settings to a file.
