File not cutting symmetrically

Hi im trying to cut a file out that is attached, the inside holes arent being cut symmetrically, however the outer dimension of the part is the correct length, but the inner parts are not spaced out evenly as it should coming from my illustrator file. I’ve checked double and triple checked to make sure that my file is perfectly symmetrical but when I stack 2 of them 180 flipped on top of one another, the holes are about 2.5mm off from one another.

I so far have tried rd works and it seems to be working fine if I cut from right to left but not left to right. anyone have any idea on what I should be doing? even when I rotate the file 90 degrees the outcome is still the same. I’ve already calibrated my x and y axis

…in LightBurn or after you cut them out?
Sent the lbrn2 file if possible.
