I am not able to transfer files to my Thunder Nova 35 from my MacBook Pro. I keep getting the following “File Transfer Failed, There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused.” I am using an ethernet cord connected to an adapter because my computer does not have the plug-in for an ethernet cord. I have tried resetting my machine, turning my computer on and off, and checking for lightburn updates, which has not fixed the issue. Does anyone have other suggestions to fix this problem?
Did you ever resolve this? This is exactly the same issue.
The thing is I can send files from my windows machines just fine, just not from my Mac.
