Files made in lightburn which burned this morning not burning now

I have a longer Ray 5 10 W. I have been having difficulty centering the wood i want to burn. And now, files which were burning fine earlier today, are not burning at all. I didnt’ change any setting in lightburn or on the laser. Any idea of what i’m not doing right.

Can you fire laser manually. Is $32=1 in your settings?

Two possibilities…

  1. I ordered the same wood as before, but now need 4 passes instead of 3 to cut through. No change to the machine or settings.
  2. If I run different programs following one that worked, and rerun the previous programs, sometimes the settings carry from one program to another. At random.

And a third: Crud on the laser lens if air assist is not used 100% of the time.
