I am having trouble importing or opening files. I have used lightburn and all of these files for years.
It is not every time but randomly it just won’t open or import. I mostly use Adobe illustrator files.
I have the most recent update.
Where are you opening the files from?
I am using a Mac, opening with the drop down menu within lightburn.
I suspect that what @MikeyH is trying to ascertain is whether these files are on your local hard drive or whether they’re on a cloud or network drive.

Gotcha, they are off my hard drive.
Ok, it’s just that storing LB files on cloud or network drives can lead to corruption and loss of data. If your files are on a local hard drive then it’s some other issue. I’m not a Mac user so I can’t help but maybe there are some logs that could reveal what’s going on. An LB+Mac expert might be more able to help.
