Fill engraving is not even

I have a ComMarker MOPA 60W Laser engraver. For the most part I have been able to work through most problems; however, I continue to get some inconsistent engraving (fill mode).

Does anyone out there know why that may be happening. Below are the parameters I’ve set for the first two images.
