Fill mode not working. Goes to offset fill

The PREVIEW button should be your best friend. Make a change and run a preview then hit PLAY button while preview is open. Make another change and preview again. Note the differences and the change in run time.

I am on version 1.5.06 with a LMP2 Grbl machine. I suspect something weird from the original file on layer 00. I did replicate the reported offset fill problem. Dunno what to think.

In the layer settings check the Advanced tab and see what is set there.

Same here. I did learn Offset Fill on any of the layers puts my i5 machine in la-la land.

Straight fill at 10000mm/m makes this a 5+ hours project. I saved an image from Preview and at 6000mm/m Greyscale it dropped to about 3 hours. Don’t get stuck on one plan.

I got it figured out thanks to your help. The flood fill was enabled in the advance settings. Once I disabled it I was able to select fill all at once and in the preview it filled across the board, not one object at a time. I am new to engraving, still learning and happy to have a site like this to get help. Thank you both for your help.

Just an FYI as well, most all things in LightBurn have pop up tool tips if you hover your mouse over them. If you hover over the Greyed out Fill All Shapes at Once, it pops up and tells you to disable Flood Fill in the Advanced tab:

Another fun fact, hit F1 while hovering over the pop up.
