Help please! I’m having a terrible time recently. My machine was working fine. Suddenly the machine thinks the position which SHOULD be x=0, y=0 is now x = -400, y = -400. **

How do I fix this?

I even considered uninstalling and then reinstalling the software, but I can’t find the license key. I don’t want to uninstall it without writing down the key. When I go to license management, the key is not there.

SHOULD be x=0, y=0

You probably have a G54 offset. Enter $RST=# in the Console window. That will remove all workpiece offsets.

This RARELY fixes a problem.
