Finding license key

I want to upgrade from grbl to DSP, but I need to input licence key before purchase.
Under ‘help - license management’ key just says License Active.

I cannot find original emails, could someone advise how I proceed?

You can log into the License Portal with the original e-mail you purchased LightBurn with, and it will be in there.
