Hello. A while ago I got the Algolaser Alpha 22W machine, and, after having a bit of a struggle, I got it to work. I remember getting a lot of issues installing the firmware update, USB repeatedly disconnecting for some reason.
Anyways, now, roughly 6 months later, I finished an engraving and turned the machine off. When I came back home and turned it on again, it didn’t do anything, and after checking everything, it seems like the firmware update isn’t there anymore.
I’ve tried installing it again, but it disconnects once the file is transfered, but the update doesn’t install. Unfortunately, I don’t remember what I did back then for it to work.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I’m using Windows 10, updating via the USB C cable that came with the machine.
