Followed the YT video by Lightburn (xTool D1 Laser Engraver LightBurn Set Up & First Project) attempted a simple name with outline. First attempt the fill wasn’t very dark (3,500/45%). Line seemed ok (1,500/35 %). Second attempt increased fill (3,500/75%). The image in Lightburn looked just fine but the end result of text was all blurry and misaligned. Laser didn’t touch wood or move it. A couple times the laser head would slow down for a single pass and burn darker line, then return to normal fast speed. What have I done wrong?
