Im a first time laser engraver user and Lightburn user. I bought the Lightburn 1.3.01 software, but i dont seem to be able to get it to actually cut designs i import into the software interface. What have missed out in my installation please anyone?
My laser doesn’t seem to be cutting the job I sent from my Lightburn software.
My laser head is only moving left to right without cutting the design
