FL- 1390 -z issue

Hello lightburncommunity, I was framing a piece of wood roughly 13 x 18. There was a slight bow the woods so I use my custom laser cut wood L clamps to cinch it down. While framing the the wood for my graphics it hit the wooden sinch clamp and moved my honeycomb back about 3 inches and stopped on its own. I went into my menu options on the machine counsel and it showed a negative Z axis issue. Does anyone know how to resolve the issue? I’ve tried resetting and turning machine on and off. When I try to run a program to Laser edit response by not doing anything. There’s no error message or no beeps which is strange. I’ve tried sending the file directly to the Riuda mainframes screen and that didn’t work either.

Thank you in advance

Aaron

If this is the machine:

Then the collision probably bashed the autofocus sensor / pen / switch on the laser head and jammed it in the “active” position. The switch body may be bent or the plunger may be stuck on the sticky gunk deposited while engraving wood.

Take a careful look at the laser head and the damage may be obvious. Upload some good pictures if you need help.
