Going too slow or using too much power.
Perhaps you’re thinking:
inch/minwith the machine set tomm/mininch/secset toinch/minmm/secset tomm/imin- Most awful:
inch/sec' set tomm/min`
Check Edit → Settings to see whether it agrees with what you’re thinking.
As a rule of thumb, diode lasers use inch/min in the US-of-A and mm/min everywhere else in the world.
Lasers always do what you tell them to, not what you meant.
