Not a major issue but just curious. When i engrave flat the design is perfect. When i use the Rotary the design is flipped reverse on the Y axis. I reverse it in the design and that fixes it.
You can try switching the 2 inner wires at the plug.
Or if your rotary came with 2 sets of wires try the other.
I think turning the rotary 180 degrees fixed it for me.

I tried mirror output but that didn’t seem to work it flipped it the wrong way. Guess i could flip the rotary as suggested but I’m left handed and that would confuse my brain. 
Could rewire also but im happy with my solution. Thanks for the input everyone
