Flying Bear LaserMan problem

Hi everyone, I’m new to this community, and I have a problem with my Flying Bear Laserman …
I bought this laser, used by a private individual and consequently I am not very familiar, I did some tests and everything seemed to be fine, then from an ordinary day it started giving me problems … when I write through Lightburn or import an image the laser does not write (engrave) what is reported on the screen … distorted writings, such as “O” or circles
I am in contact with the manufacturer and after various tests and attempts still problems, I have already installed new firmware and pulled Y axis belts but still no problems and I don’t know, maybe you have some ideas or solutions to pass me on.
I attach photos and video if possible to show the defects, I hope for your help.
Thank you

You controller has firmware that has ‘registers’ ($number) that contain settings for individual machines. The same board can run smaller/faster or larger/slower machines so there needs to be configuration settings for the board.

When you ‘load’ new firmware you generally lose those settings.

Did you save the original factory setting, then reload the saved settings into the newly loaded firmware?

Was this failure before or after the firmware install?

How long has been working before the failure?

It would help if you could post the .lbrn2 file for us to examine.

:smile_cat:

This can happen when one of LightBurn’s internal integrity checks fails. Did you download LightBurn directly from us, or did you get it from somewhere (or someone) else?
