Just installed a new LED laser on my Anycubic X machine and want to do a focus test…
Is there a way I can set the size and placement of the focus test?
I’m using a large piece of wood where I want to run several focus test starting with coarse setup and the fine adjust it…but seems it is only possible to do a focus test in the middle and therefore wasting loads of wood (o;
I assume you are doing a ‘ramp’ test ?
I just draw a line in Lightburn and send it to the machine. Change the speed and power until you find what you want.
I do the same when figuring out the settings for a cut… line sent to the laser and I just move the board a little between tests…
Keep it simple… Is that what you are after?
